So, you're going for the Chiropractic! Good luck with the transfer course: it'll warm you up nicely for all that anatomy, etc., that'll really make your brain sweat! :D

Great to hear that you are going back to school. *Too much education never hurt anyone. *I went back at 32, so keep on keeping on, my friend.

im keeping on, dude. *had a English quiz last week. only 2 people in the class made an A. i was one of them. the rest had B, C and D's.

my math test wasn't so good. made a 46 on it. had the *right answers but the positve should have been negative or negative should have been positive. math sucks. when am i gonna use algebra and trigonomentry in chiropracticy?

I had a Psychology test tonight. i think i did OK on it. the last question was "name the 7 Dwarves?" we actually talked about it in class one night. i got 5 of them. the other 2 i put down as Casper the Ghost and Puxatawny Phil. so much for the memory chapter.

i have to do an essay on "Rain Man". about autism and how the help with it and do a small summary of the movie. should be fun. Due april 23rd.

It is the thought process involved in solving the equations. *Trust me on that one. *As you have found out by now, your mathematics at an higher level involve steps and processed thinking. *Once you master that part, you will do just fine. *

Some brains are good at it, some brains are GREAT at it. *Which category will you fall into?

More on the Math class and scores to come...

I take it that you are a return student. *Your scores will improve with time. *Just keep at it, and study, study , study!

You will do just fine!

Just that quick I am up to 427 tickets sold. I sold 27 this morning to country street department crew. I was at shop at 6:30 AM. They have to be out on roads at 7 AM. It was worth waking up early.

in English class i had to do a compare and contrast. i was doing Dale Earnhardt vs. Dale Earnhardt Jr. then i decieded to do Superman vs. Batman.

give me a few ideas for compare and contrast.

Osteopathy and chiropractic.
Religion and Philosophy.
Habit and Addiction.

That should keep you off people for a while...:)

i'm thinking of dropping math. my average is 41. it's freaking algebra. where the heck am i gonna do algebra as a chiropracter?

Xetal

I wouldn't have thought you needed much more than formulas out of algebra. They're pretty useful, certainly the only bit of algebra I've ever used (often at that!) since I left school.

But before you give it up, check with someone authoritative in chiropractic to see how much you'll need to get qualified.

i have achance to take Ch.1 or Ch.2 test over again. sine i did worse on ch.2 i think i'll do that one over again.

English is going good. got to do a compare and contrast.

Psychology is going good.

Psychology RAWKS, dude. *Psychoanalysts (Freud, Jung) versus Behaviourists (John B.Watson) . . . Hey that could be your compare and contrast:

Psychoanalysts: *It is the inner recesses of the mind that should be explored, this is the central territory of psychology.

Behaviourists: *Rubbish - one can never probe the inner recesses. *Psychologists should concentrate on observable behaviour and draw inferences from that.

nature vs. nuture. thats a good compare and contrast.

i agree Viking. Behavorists think they know it all.
