Well, I am here. Sort of.

It has been way too long. I just haven't had the energy lately. My life is just too insane.

Work: Still working for the same company, as busy as ever. My office is 65 miles away, and I can't afford the gas to drive every day. As a result, I'm now taking the bus every day to work. That means I leave the house at 5am, and I don't get home until 8pm in the evening. Seven hours commute and eight hours working each day. It is exhausting, but saves me between $200-$300 per month, not counting wear and tear.

Michelle: Still dealing with medical issues for Michelle. She still has a hole in her stomach from where the feeding tube was. She has been off narcotic pain meds for six months now, which is good. We still struggle with frequent ER visits, though. She was in a car accident a couple months back. She sideswiped a truck, went across a center divider, across traffic, and through a chain link fence. Fortunately, she wasn't hurt, but the car was totaled. She was out of it, and lost her license as a result. She's been dealing with taking the bus around town now.

Other: Not much else to report. Just taking things one day at a time, like usual, trying to keep myself sane. The Lord is carrying us through all this, because there would be no way I could do this without Him.
