It is with extreme horror that I discovered this article just a few minutes ago. I cannot believe that here in the 21st century that such a thing would be allowed. Let alone allowed in the United States of America. I don't care if the prisoners are volunteers or not.

This is not Rome or the ancient world. There's no excuse that they used to use that people are less then human because they are not Roman or whatever nationality the ancient people was. This is the modern world and there is absolutely no place for such a brutal sport that's origins look like they came out of the Roman Arena.

Louisiana should be ashamed that it allows such barbarism within its borders. And to its shame this is officially sanctioned. The United States should be ashamed that it allows this in its borders as well.

It is appalling that this is allowed to continue.

And it is appalling that there are people that pay to go see this. This is worst then the dog fighting rings. And people were up in arms against Michael Vick. These are actual human being being attacked by animals.

Having to sit at a table while a bull rages through and the last person sitting is the winner? Are these really the events that should be allowed within the United States?
