Negation!

Hey guys!
I'd been talking with M about something I've been working on and he thought I should post it on the boards.
I don't want anyone to get their hopes up cause it's a really long shot, but here goes:

For the last year I've been working on a pitch to present to Marvel. And, at this point feel like I have a fairly strong story written that could bring back the Negation comic!

I'm pretty excited and think the book could succeed but it all depends on if Marvel goes for it... Which they probably won't. Why? Cause it takes place in the old CrossGen universe.

Negation has always been my favorite comic and I don't know how someone could do a better job than Tony did, so I decidede to build off of that rather than start from scratch.
With that in mind my storyline takes place a few years after The Negation War, once again following Kaine and co., this time up against an even more dangerous foe: Apollyon (Which, is, of course what Tony planned to do if CG had survived past NW).

I want to pay my respects to Tony's work as best as I can so I'm taking what I know about what he was GOING to do in the NW into account with my decisions. That said, I can take some creative liberties on things that never saw print but the elusive NW#3 did at least get partially finished.
I want to make sure that all of my stuff lines up with what happened in the half finished issue, so this is me asking for a favor:

If anyone has a copy of NW#3 can you PLEASE get in contact with me? I'm going to pitch this whether or not I get it, but it would sure help a lot. Thanks!

Good luck to you, on the proposal. The only person I know who had the NW#3 was Buffy Fan, I believe. You might want to search here to see if it is still available, otherwise I don't know how to get in touch with him.

I think the more people knowing you're after that script, the better chance you have to get it.

Rob's not the only one who has a copy. He passed it onto a few who passed it onto a few, ect.
What I don't know is how big that list got.

As for that specific copy last he told me he had misplaced his.
I'm keeping my hopes up though.

I wish I could help. I know Ozz and KLitke both have seen the pencils but I've emailed them in the past and they don't know what happened to their copies either.

The only thing I have about Negation War #3 is the summary Buffy Fan posted. I did put his summary on my website and I do have the other issue summaries he posted too:

Now that I finally got my computer back, I think I may have something... At some point, I know I did have some scripts of unpublished books, just don't know I have Negation 3. The thing is, I didn't mention this before because my computer was toasted and I didn't even know if I was going to get back everything I had in it. Now I have it, so, let me check when I get home.

Good luck with your pitch Nestle. I'm not help because no one ever shared that stuff with me but if you ever get a copy of Negation War #3's pencils please share. Because I'm sure everyone here would love to see them.
