That's exactly the one I was thinking about. A little on the manga side, but I do see the influence. Please tell me you haven't studied his work, because it does show and in a good way. As I said, I really really like it .

Truthfully? The only work of McNiven's I call recall seeing is Meridian. But I do love his art-style so.

    Maybe a subconscious influence?

Could be. Besides, McNiven left a mark in all of us.

Fabuloso! You've really captured their main character points in their stances and facial expressions - I like that because I know it's super hard to do! The guns kick some serious fanny too, btw. *applauds*

Hear ye! Hear ye! I updated my Deviant Art webpage with...

    Picture of my puppy, Bear:

    Grizzly-Looking Bear
    The Ever Inquisitive Bear

There are also picture of my beloved Tigger, poetry, photographs I took and some new art. I've gone back and started adding backgrounds to my drawings. I never used to draw any because it was intimidating, but I decided to give it a try. It really does add substance to your work. Browse the gallery and let me know what you think! Be honest!

    Nice drawings, Sil. Great work.

Also, Bear looks like a cute puppy.
